Good morning everyone, hope you all doing well!
I have a little life update, that I will try very hard to keep up this time, I’ve decided to go back to working out again, I have literally not done any activities since September, and those were only short tennis lessons once a week. As I saw sun being present more and more and weather getting warmer, I have finally decided that it’s time for me to start moving and get back to working out.
My biggest struggle, when it comes to working out is definitely getting to the gym. I know this might sound funny, but I live on the biggest hill ever and in order for me to go to the gym, I need to go all the way down, which is fine, super easy and quick, but OMG how hard it is to come back and go up that same hill again, this puts me off straight away and I can’t push myself to do it. Long story short, I’ve decided to work out on my own, I have a lovely park next to my house, which is great for running and exercise, as well as I will try and get into workout videos and DVDs. For instance, this morning, right after I finish with this post, I will try and attempt doing the same work out I saw in Annas video, which looks pretty manageable. For those of you who don’t know, I am talking about Anna Saccone Jolly, she is a youtube and blogger, that I have been watching and reading for years, she had two wonderful babies in a space of 3 years and she’s now getting back in shape with her personal trainer. She often records her workouts, which I find very helpful for someone like me and I appreciate that a lot.
